Remote/Virtual Attendance Member Meeting ONLY
Virtual attendance aka remote participation will be supported during the Annual & Summer Members Meeting ONLY.
IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGE.
Sound and remote attendance quality cannot be guaranteed. Virtual attendance will NOT replicate many of the benefits Face to Face attendance provides.
Registration is required for virtual attendance and a non-refundable meeting fee will be charged regardless of attendance quality.

Who Can Participate in the Members Meeting?
All Principal, Regional Operator, and Associate Members are welcome to contribute and attend the meeting.
Auditing Members are welcome to attend the general sessions (e.g. Plenaries, Keynote, BoF, Social, etc.)

Visas cannot be obtained at the border or airport. The average time to obtain a Visa is four (4) weeks, however this will vary depending on location. Please be aware that each country has different requirements as to how to apply for a visa.

It is vital for members to book their rooms at the hotel that the Forum has contracted with; failure to do so puts the Forum in financial jeopardy.
EXTENDED Hotel Reservation Deadline: May 15, 2026
Reservations CANNOT BE canceled. Please use the booking link or contact the hotel directly.
You will receive an email from the hotel to confirm and pay your booking.
Please watch for this email to confirm your booking to avoid cancellation.
Based on availability, the discounted group rate is offered a few days prior and post of the scheduled room block. If you plan to stay late or arrive early, please note that the reservation system will not allow you to book online. Please go ahead and make your reservation for the dates that you find available and then email gbond@amsl, requesting the additional dates. Please know it's not guaranteed that you will receive the discounted rate for the additional nights.
Sleeping Room Discount Details:
Single (one person occupancy) Guest room: 169.00 EUR including VAT and Breakfast HOWEVER City tax of €10.00 per person per day is not included.
Double (two person occupancy) Guest room: 189.00 EUR including VAT and Breakfast HOWEVER City tax of €10.00 per person per day is not included.
This room rate includes:
Wi-Fi throughout the property, both in common areas and guest rooms
American Buffet Breakfast at the Hotel Restaurant
VAT included (currently 10%)
Bookings will be confirmed upon direct payment, with no possibility of cancellation.
City tax of €10.00 per person per day is not included.
Individuals are responsible for all sleeping room charges and reservations must be guaranteed by an individual’s valid credit card at the time of booking.
NOTE: If reservations are made with a travel agency or outside of the room block, the Broadband Forum will not be able to assist in adjusting room rates as the hotel has special agreements with each travel agency. For the Broadband Forum to get involved, you must make your reservations as stated above.
