Hotel Reservation Details:
It is vital for members to book their rooms at the hotel that the Forum has contracted with; failure to do so puts the Forum in financial jeopardy.
Please use the booking link or contact the hotel at 1-800-HILTONS directly and inform them you are with the BBF Fall 2026 Meeting.
Based on availability, the discounted group rate is offered a few days prior and post of the scheduled room block. If you plan to stay late or arrive early, please note that the reservation system may not allow you to book online. Please go ahead and make a reservation for the dates that you find available and then contact the hotel directly requesting the additional dates. Please know it's not guaranteed that you will receive the discounted rate for the additional nights.
Sleeping Room Discount Details:
Single (one person)/Double (two person) Occupancy Rooms:
$209.00 USD including Breakfast and much more (see below) HOWEVER State and local taxes are not included; although subject to change they’re currently 15.75% (approximately $33 USD per night)
This room rate includes:
Wi-Fi in guest rooms
Cooked-to-Order Hot Breakfast (including made-to-order eggs) at the Hotel Restaurant
Nightly, Managers Reception at Hotels’ specified times
Saltwater Indoor Pool
Use of the Health Club/Fitness Center
Check-In: 16:00
Check-Out: 11:00
Requests to retain rooms beyond this time should be directed to the Front Desk on the departure morning. Additional fees may apply for requested early arrival or late departure times.
Individuals are responsible for all sleeping room charges and reservations must be guaranteed by an individual’s valid credit card at the time of booking.
Individuals will assume responsibly for any confirmed reservations, guaranteed by their credit card, that are considered no show reservations or canceled. Individual’s credit card will be charged for one (1) night’s guestroom rate and tax and any remaining evenings associated with the reservation will be cancelled.
Changes in a guest’s date of departure AFTER check-in will result in an Early Departure fee of $100 and the room rate is subject to change as discounts may have been offered because of the longer stay pattern originally proposed.
PARKING
Hotel offers valet parking only, subject to availability. Current prices are dynamic as follows, and subject to change without notice:
0-8 hours: $20.00 - $35.00
8+ or overnight: $60.00 - $70.00
The Broadband Forum 4 Daily Valet Parking Vouchers per day. Vouchers are first come first served please send your request to gbond@amsl.com.
NOTE: If reservations are made with a travel agency or outside of the room block, the Broadband Forum will not be able to assist in adjusting room rates as the hotel has special agreements with each travel agency. For the Broadband Forum to get involved, you must make your reservations as stated above.
Visa Information:
Visas cannot be obtained at the border or airport. The average time to obtain a Visa is four (4) weeks, however this will vary depending on location. Please be aware that each country has different requirements as to how to apply for a visa.

Remote/Virtual Attendance Member Meeting
IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGE.
Sound and remote attendance quality cannot be guaranteed. Virtual attendance will NOT replicate many of the benefits Face to Face attendance provides.
Registration is required for virtual attendance and a non-refundable meeting fee will be charged regardless of attendance quality.

Who Can Participate in the Members Meeting?
All Principal, Regional Operator, and Associate Members are welcome to contribute and attend the meeting.
Auditing Members are welcome to attend the general sessions (e.g. Plenaries, Keynote, BoF, Social, etc.)
